Bespoke Bathroom & Ensuite

As an element of a substantial redevelopment of their home the clients took the opportunity to commission a new bespoke master ensuite wet-room and bespoke bathroom design.

Our clients original bathroom that was rather dated.  The pair were originally unsure what they wished to develop in a functional and aesthetical feeling but following the first appointment with Smiths Interiors and several design revisions the clients’ brief was to produce smart and elegant bespoke bathrooms that felt both stylish and modern.

The clients indicated a need for storage space that had to be intrinsic to the entire design and not compromise the fresh and contemporary styling. As part of this installed an underfloor heating system, replaced the current pipework and fittings, mounted a shaving socket in the window recess.

The brief for the bespoke ensuite bathroom was to build a spacious walk-in shower with no bath as this would be installed in the main bespoke bathroom. The wish was for the room to be minimalistic and serene. This was rather a limited space so I believe the wet-room concept was the correct approach. It opened the room up and created that illusion of more space.
