One of our experienced Design Consultants will visit your home to discuss your ideas, preferred styles and distinct requirements that could perhaps incorporate design, format, materials, colours, positions, layout and lifestyle needs. This initial meeting helps us to better understand your choices and envision your preferences, while providing us the opportunity to share our thoughts and suggestions.
The Smith’s design team will get to work on creating an inspiring concept considering the initial consultation and any subsequent conversations. We then view the plans together, chat about the design and work collectively with you to finalise the design concept. This then enable us to produce the project pricing based on our conversations and you specified budget. We will include all works, appliances and any indicative specialist works.
Once the design & budget has been agreed, we schedule a site installation survey. During the course of the review we will confirm the design and explore any specific installation necessities, for instance gas supply, electricity, decoration, plastering, carpentry and illumination. Then together we review all the particulars and finally approve a starting date for your project.
Our support team will call you to arrange appliance and material delivery schedule and double check the agreed installation date. Rest assured that we employ a fast expert delivery solution for your convenience. Our certified specialist installers and fitters will do everything they can to minimise any disruptions throughout the installation processes.
